To help you shop with confidence, we categorize every second-hand item into one of the following grades. No matter the grade, every item is 100% functional and has passed our internal hardware stress tests.

🌟 Grade S (Like New / Open Box)

• Condition: Pristine. It looks and feels like a brand-new product.

• Details: No visible scratches, dents, or signs of wear. Often includes original packaging and unused accessories.

• Battery/Life: For laptops, battery health is typically 95% or higher.

🥇 Grade A (Excellent Condition)

• Condition: Very clean with minimal signs of use.

• Details: May have micro-scratches on the casing that are only visible under direct light. No screen scratches or keyboard wear.

• Best For: Professionals who want a high-end look without the high-end price.

🥈 Grade B (Good Value)

• Condition: Noticeably used but well-maintained.

• Details: May have minor scratches, small scuffs on corners, or slight "shininess" on frequently used keys. Screens are clear but may have very faint marks not visible when the display is on.

• Best For: Students and office workers looking for the best performance-to-price ratio.

🥉 Grade C (Budget Friendly)

• Condition: Visible cosmetic wear and tear.

• Details: May have deeper scratches, small dents in the casing, or visible wear on the trackpad/keyboard. Performance is unaffected. * Best For: Users who care about power and functionality over aesthetics. Great for a "workhorse" machine or home server.

🔍 Our "LEINKH Certified" Inspection

Every second-hand device at LEINKH SHOP passes a 25-Point Checklist, including:

• Battery Health: We replace batteries that fall below 80% capacity.

• Thermal Testing: We clean fans and re-paste CPUs to ensure no overheating.

• Port Check: Every USB, HDMI, and charging port is tested for a solid connection.
