Refund & Warranty Policy

Because we sell both new and used tech, our refund policy is split into two categories:

1. Brand New Products

  • Returns: New items can be returned within [Insert Number, e.g., 7 or 14] days of delivery, provided they are unopened and in the original packaging.

  • Warranty: Brand-new items are covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty. If a defect occurs after use, customers must contact the brand’s official service center, though LEINKH SHOP will assist with the process where possible.

2. Second-Hand (Used/Refurbished) Products

  • "As-Is" Sales: Second-hand items are sold in the condition described. Please read descriptions carefully before purchasing.

  • Shop Warranty: We provide a limited [Insert Number, e.g., 30-day] shop warranty on used hardware for functional defects only. This does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or software issues caused by the user.

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for second-hand items based on "change of mind" once the item has been shipped/delivered.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
