📍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your Tracking Number and a link to the courier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
⚠️ Important Delivery Notes
1. Inspection Upon Arrival
When your package arrives, please inspect the box for any visible damage before signing. If the box is heavily crushed or torn, we recommend taking a photo before opening it.
2. Battery Safety
Because we ship items containing Lithium-Ion batteries (Laptops/Tablets), we comply with all safety regulations. These items may occasionally take 1 extra day for specialized ground handling.
3. Missing or Damaged Items
In the rare event that your item is damaged during transit, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund.
